About Miss Bonkypants

A bedtime idea that bounced into a book.

Miss Bonkypants did not begin in a big office or fancy studio.

She began at bedtime.

What started as a silly made-up character during nightly stories quickly became part of our family's world. Nearly three years ago, sisters Maddie and Charlotte Robinson began dreaming up a magical unicorn with giant rainbow pants, endless energy, and a talent for bouncing into trouble. Night after night, the adventures grew bigger, funnier, and more imaginative.

Alongside parents Trevor and Kelly Robinson, those bedtime stories slowly turned into drawings, ideas, inside jokes, magical powers, and eventually the world of Miss Bonkypants.

Then along came Oliver.

Even though he is still little, his giggles, curiosity, and excitement have added even more magic to the adventure. Whether he realizes it or not, he has already helped inspire plenty of bonky moments of his own.

Created by the Robinson family in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, The Adventures of Miss Bonkypants was built around the idea that the best stories are the ones shared together. Stories filled with laughter, imagination, kindness, adventure, and just the right amount of chaos.
